The assignment includes the operation and monitoring of computer centre services and networks on different levels.

Examples of services included in the assignment:

— Server service (servers and OS operation), where the application is operated by Ruter itself;

— Database services;

— Application operation services;

— Operation and monitoring of networks, including:

i. Internet access;

ii. Computer centre for Ruter's locations and depots;

iii. Operation and monitoring of networks at locations and depots.
