The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration are asking for tenders for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment in the municipalities of Masku and Vehmaa, as well as in the municipalities of Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio and the City of Turku for the period 1.1.2023 (target) - 31.12.2024, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms for one (1) + one (1) (1) year for the periods 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2025 and 1.1.2026 -31.12.2026 (options). Options are about the Subscriber's right and not an obligation.

The contract period for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment in the City of Naantali's industrial kitchens as well as the annual maintenance and leak inspection work begins on 1.10.2023 and the contract period for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment in industrial kitchens begins on 1.1.2023 (target) and for the annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection of refrigeration equipment in industrial kitchens begins on 1.1.2024.

The acquisition is divided into two (2) subdivisions:

Subdivision 1 Maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment

Subdivision 2 Annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection work of refrigeration equipment

In subdivision 1 Maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Service Provider, for which two (2) backup service providers are selected. As a rule, the backup service provider will be used in order of affordability in situations where the primary Service Provider is unable to provide the service, for example due to the Service Provider's ability to provide services, lack of resources or similar situations.

In subdivision 2 Annual maintenance and inspection of refrigeration equipment, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Service Provider.

The target of the procurement is the use of refrigeration equipment for industrial kitchens mentioned in the target list, Appendix 3, such as: maintenance and repair work of refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, freezer rooms, etc.

The subscriber reserves the right to make changes to the list of items, Appendix 3. There may be changes to the list during the contract period, the changes must not affect the offer / contract prices.

Warranty service/repair work is excluded from this agreement.

The absolute requirements for the service are presented in the Service Description, Appendix 2a.

The target of the procurement is the annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection work of the refrigeration equipment of the industrial kitchens mentioned in the target list, Appendix 3.

The subscriber reserves the right to make changes to the list of items, Appendix 3. There may be changes to the list during the contract period, the changes must not affect the offer / contract prices.

The absolute requirements for the service are presented in the Service Description, Appendix 2b.

Annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection work is carried out annually during March and August.
