The subject of the contract is to carry out investor supervision of the works and to manage the contract under “Improving road safety on the TEN-T network on national road 91 (formerly no. 1) — task number 2 — reconstruction of the Markowice—Brudzowice section”.

The Service shall include the Consultant's performance of duties in accordance with the Agreement, in particular:

- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works up to the date of issue of the final payment certificate,

- carrying out information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the services of GDDKiA,

- providing investor supervision service over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervising the removal of any defects / defects found in warranty reviews under the Contract,

- supporting the Employer as a loyal and conscientious adviser in all activities related to the implementation of the project,

— supervision of robots in the field of additional tasks and replicating similar services necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the course of the contract — awarded under the Law of Public Procurement Act,

— close cooperation with the Consultant's Teams supervising neighbouring investments — as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and method of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and works. If necessary, the Consultant leading the case of coordination at the junction of Projects will appoint the Contracting Authority.

The execution of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Law of Construction Law, the Civil Code Act and the Law of Public Procurement.
