At the request of the Municipality and if necessary to ensure continuity in the provision of the service pending the conduct of the next tender, the contractor will be obliged to extend the service until the conclusion of the tender procedure aimed at identifying the new contractor or different choices implemented by the Municipal Administration pursuant to art. 106 paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

Total amount of the contract subject to reduction: € 432,000.00 excluding VAT of which € 0.00 excluding interference security charges;

Annual amount € 216,000.00 excluding VAT;

Amount possible renewal for the same period € 432,000.00 excluding VAT.
