The North Karelia Procurement Department asks to submit a tender for cleaning services to Polkka - Pohjois-Karjalan tukit Oy for sites located in the City of Joensuu area for the period 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2023 + options one (1) + one (1) year in accordance with the invitation to tender.

Polkka - North Karelian Support Services Ltd is responsible for organising sanitation services at the locations of the City of Joensuu and the Joint Municipal Authority for Social and Health Services of North Karelia (Siun sote, as of 1.1.2023, wellbeing services county of North Karelia). In this invitation to tender, a tender is requested for a cleaning service for five (5) locations located in the Niinivaara - Penttilä area.

If necessary, it is possible to familiarise yourself with the sites in the invitation to tender in a guided manner on 20.9.2022. If the service provider wants to participate in this introductory event, you must register for the event by 19.9.2022 at 12.00 noon. The service must fulfil the provisions of the European Union's directly-obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations and authorities. The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
