The overall performance is awarded in four lots:

- Lot 1: collection of residual waste, organic waste and waste paper;

- Lot 2: collection of bulky waste and branches and shrubs;

- Lot 3: takeover and recycling of waste paper;

- Lot 4: Mobile pollutant collection (including disposal services).

Collection and transport of residual waste:

- Eating the 80 l, 120 l, 240 l and 1,100 l residual waste containers every four weeks using an identification system;

- implementation of container modification service and container inventory maintenance;

- Transportation of the residual waste to the transfer station of the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein (currently: Fludersbach landfill).

Collection and transportation of organic waste:

- Empty 120 l and 240 l organic waste bins every 14 days using an identification system;

- implementation of container modification service and container inventory maintenance;

- Transport of the organic waste to the transfer station of the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein (currently: Fludersbach landfill).

Collection and transport of waste paper:

- emptying the “blue bin” of 240 l and 1,100 l at four weekly intervals (“haul system”) using an identification system;

- weekly emptying of two 7.5 m3 containers;

- implementation of container modification service and container inventory maintenance;

- Transportation of collected waste paper to a suitable and approved delivery point (transhipment facility) of the contractor within a maximum radius of 25 km from Freudenberg city centre (town hall, Mórer Platz 1) (including handling and weighing). A subset of the PPK may also have to be converted for the dual systems.

Collection and transport of bulky waste:

- On-demand bulky waste collection (call card or online) within six weeks;

- Transportation of bulky waste to the transfer station of the district Siegen-Wittgenstein (currently: Fludersbach landfill).

Collection and transport of branch and shrubs:

- Twice a year bundle collection of branches and shrubs on fixed dates (spring and autumn);

- Transportation of branch and shrub works to the transfer station of the district Siegen-Wittgenstein (currently: Fludersbach landfill).

Acquisition and recycling of waste paper:

- takeover of the waste paper at the handling facility designated by the client (contractor of lot 1);

- carrying out transport and recycling logistics;

- Recycling the waste paper (including disposal of any contaminants/sorting residues).

Collection and disposal of problem substances:

- Collection of problem substances with the pollutant vehicle on currently 4 collection days in the city area (currently 6 locations each).
