Collection of municipal waste (mixed and segregated) from property owners residing in the Municipality of Pilzno in the period from 01-01-2023 (planned date of commencement of the service) to 30-06-2024.
The subject of the order includes receiving municipal waste from all properties on which residents reside (receiving waste from the property). Currently, around 18,000 people are checked in on the territory of the municipality, while 15,103 people (4,388 properties) are covered by a municipal waste collection service. Within the municipality of Plzeň there are two apartment blocks, i.e. in Plzeň and in Strzegocice. Plzeň Municipality has an area of approximately 16,505 hectares. It is located within the Carpathian Foothills and the Sandomierz Basin. In addition, the scope of the order includes receiving expired medicines from containers located in health centers and receiving used batteries from containers arranged in schools, as well as equipping all property owners with waste collection bags. In the case of a block of flats in Plzeň, a block in Strzegocice, municipal apartments in Łęki Dolne No. 122a and Słotowa no 159, the collection of mixed waste will also take place from containers. The Contractor will have to, immediately after signing the contract, place its own containers in the places indicated by the Ordering Party.
Estimated (planned) mass of waste intended for receipt:
- 20 03 01 non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 2 200 Mg,
- 15 01 01 packages of paper and paperboard: 52 Mg,
- 15 01 02, ex 15 01 06 plastic packaging, metals, multi-material packaging: 810 Mg,
- 15 01 07 glass packages: 635 Mg,
- 20 01 32 expired medicines: 1.5 Mg,
- 20 01 34 used batteries: 1 Mg,
- ex 20 01 99 ashes: 330 Mg,
- 20 02 01 biodegradable waste: 120 Mg
The waste is to be transported to the place of its management, i.e. Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Paszczyna 62b, 39-207 Brzeźnica.
The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act":
Scope of procures/services: any procurement or procurement will consist of a repeat of similar services subject to this proceeding, i.e. the subject of the contract will be the collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Plzeň.
Volume of contracts: the total value of such contracts may amount to up to 65 % of the value of the basic contract.
Conditions under which they will be awarded: contracts will be awarded, for example, in the event of an extension of the tender procedure for the following years, termination/termination of the contract with the contractor providing the waste collection service in the following years, while maintaining the allowable total value procurement.
