The purpose of the contract is to entrust the holder with the organization of recreational days for retirees of the City of Le Plessis-Robinson that will take place over 4 days during the year 2023 (September 28 and 29 and October 5 and 6, 2023). The contract holder will be responsible for the preparation and organization of recreational days for retirees in the City of Le Plessis-Robinson.

The description of the services expected under the contract is specified in the deed of commitment (single document) also equivalent to special clauses (CPC). It is a single contract, processed on a purchase order, with a unit price per participant. Maximum number of participants = 1400.For information, the number of participants was 1050 people for the year 2022 and 750 people for the year 2021.The contract takes effect from the date of notification and will end on December 31, 2023
