The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of fuel from pumps with a fuel card. The procurement and specific purchases will be made by the individual units themselves in accordance with centrally signed agreements. Each buyer/unit will be invoiced directly by the tenderer under the terms set forth in the agreement. Framework agreements will be entered into with several tenderers (parallel framework agreements).
