The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste management services collected from the areas of municipalities serviced by Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z o. o. in Węgrów through: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful methods of waste management. Waste management is to ensure the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1549, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
