Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

Metal construction and glazing work:

- Post / transom façade approx. 160 m²

- Exterior windows 7 pcs

- Exterior doors 3 pcs

- SHEV – drive 5 pcs

- Innenfassade ca. 70 m²

- Interior doors 1 pc

- Interior doors T 30 8 pcs
