1. The subject of the contract is the supply of scientific and research equipment for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław, divided into two tasks (cryostat and diode laser):

• Task No. 1: Delivery of a helium cryostat with a closed helium circuit for measurements of optical spectra at temperatures from 4.2-350 K for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław along with assembly, first commissioning of the equipment, cryostat tightness test and training of personnel in the operation of the device

• Task No. 2: Delivery of diode laser for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław

- on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contracts (Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – task No. 1, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – task No. 2), in the annexes to the draft contracts for task No. 1 and task No. 2, in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.

Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation are included in draft contracts together with attachments (detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract - Annexes No. 1 to the Draft contracts for task No. 1 and task No. 2, respectively), constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for task No. 1 and Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for task No. 2.

3. Warranty period for the delivered Equipment:

• Task No. 1: minimum 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.

The contractor may offer a longer warranty period than 12 months. The offer providing for the extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer specified in the SWZ.

• Task No. 2: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
