The use of LED lighting is planned in all rooms, the switching is carried out; in the corridors and sanitary areas via presence detection and light incidence. This requires a more frequent switching cycle than in conventional circuit mode, but it is easy to use thanks to the more economical LED luminaires with more than 50,000 operating hours ; The starting phases of previously usual fluorescent lamps are also eliminated. LED lighting is immediately available 100%. The LED lights used reduce energy consumption by up to 85%. This ensures energy savings and longer lamp life, which is noticeable in the reduction of operating costs. The components for emergency lighting are generally designed with LED technology.; Safety devices: Emergency lighting and an internal house alarm system with networked smoke detectors are provided for escape routes; pre-wiring for data network; pre-wiring for data network; pre-wiring for the data network is planned in the cost.
