The assignment concerns the recovery service, at an authorized plant, of domestic organic waste codes C.E.R. 20.01.08 (biodegradable waste from kitchens and canteens), produced by the separate collection of municipal solid waste in the Municipality of Tivoli. This waste will be transported at the expense and expense of ASA Tivoli Spa, through outsourcing to third parties, by appropriate means and authorized to transport the waste in question.

The amount of waste covered by the service is estimated at about 6,500 tons per year, based on historical data likely to increase or decrease, currently not foreseeable, depending on the trend of separate collection.

The maximum estimated amount of the contract in question including any fifth obligation is equal to € 1,015,625.00 (one million fifteen thousand six hundred and twenty-five / 00) plus VAT as per law, relating to the service for the entire contractual period.

There is no risk from interference

The value is calculated assuming in the 15 (fifteen) months of contractual validity, a maximum contribution of 8,125 Tons. multiplied by €/ton. 125,00 (Euro one hundred and twenty-five/00), plus VAT.
