The object of this contract is the acquisition of a platform, through which the employee must have the opportunity to allocate his bonus, in whole or in part, to welfare credit as well as to dispose of any additional cash allocations to corporate welfare services; The platform must take place via the web.

The GSE Group intends to use a platform through which the employees of the four Group companies (GSE – GME – AU – RSE), through conversion, in whole or in part, of their Performance Bonus (PdR) into welfare credit, can use the services indicated by current legislation. Through the platform, the employee must have the possibility to allocate his performance bonus, in whole or in part, to welfare credit as well as to dispose of any additional cash allocations to corporate welfare services. Access to the platform must take place via the web.

The contractor must guarantee a catalog of services already active that covers the areas indicated by the legislation and the possibility must be provided to integrate the agreements already in place in GSE and activate new ones by contacting the various associations / suppliers directly. Each employee may proceed with the purchase/reimbursement of welfare services provided for by law.
