1. The subject of the contract is the supply of bread and bakery products (CPV code- 15810000-9):
1) wheat and rye bread - 350g, sliced, packed in foil, provided with a label with a use-by date - a use-by date of not less than 3 days, information about the name of the foodstuff (composition), name and address of the manufacturer and weight, delivered 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday except public holidays, in quantities according to the customer's needs. Delivery quantities can be ordered by phone, fax or electronically for the next day. Delivery of bread by the contractor's transport and at his expense, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Bread with established quality parameters in accordance with applicable standards, with a shelf life of not less than three days.
