The subject of the contract includes the delivery of an application (consisting of ready-made solutions) for mobile devices (mobile, tablet) enabling the user's location on the building plan of the EC1 complex and adapting the application to the needs of the Ordering Party, based on a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ or OPZ) and consultations with the Ordering Party, in particular by adjusting the graphic design and refining individual modules.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation

and receipts shall specify:

1) SOPZ – Annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the agreement – Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) providing an application (consisting of ready-made solutions) for mobile devices (mobile, tablet) enabling the user's location on the building plan of the EC1 complex;

2) adapting the application to the needs of the Ordering Party, based on a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ or OPZ) and consultations with the Ordering Party, in particular by adjusting the graphic design and refining individual modules;

3) delivery and installation of the so-called space markers in the EC1 complex, i.e. devices by means of which the application will determine the user's location on the plan of the room/floor/building/complex;

4) adding / supplementing the application map system with the EC1 complex model;

5) implementation and launch of the application;

6) launching an administration panel, i.e. a content management system (CMS) and a system for analyzing visitor traffic;

7) placing the application on EC1 developer accounts, i.e. Google Play and AppStore;

8) transfer of necessary licenses;

9) instruction of persons who will be administrators of the application;

10) benefits under the guarantee and warranty on the terms provided for in the Agreement.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation

and receipts shall specify:

1) SOPZ – Annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the agreement – Annex 2 to the SWZ.

All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
