- Planning and carrying out window cleaning of all schools on demand. In principle, the façade glass is washed outside once a year and once a year the separation glass and the façade glass on the inside,
- Planning and performing periodic floor maintenance as included in the work program. Client retains the option to adjust the frequency per location.
The scope of the contract can be defined by the number of square meters of floor area to be cleaned per plot. As stated in the previous section, there is cleaning of 9 locations per plot. In total it concerns 24 246 square meters.
In addition to the regular daily and periodic cleaning activities, periodic floor maintenance, window cleaning and on-call (cleaning) services must be performed. Window washing is defined by the number of square meters of glass to be washed. If a discussion arises as a result of the areas measured by the contractor at a location, an external party will be deployed, at the expense of the Contractor, to provide a definitive answer.
