The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, secondary forest use, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural economy as well as maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails, to be carried out in the Dębica Forest District in 2023.
Package I – forestry: WolicaThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package II – Forestry: BerdechThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package III – Forestry: GumniskaThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package IV – forestry: JaworzeThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package V – forestry: BrzostekThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package VII – Forestry: MachowaThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package VIII – forestry: JawornikThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package XI – Brzeźnica Nursery Farm.The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
