Albyn Housing Society are looking for a suitable contractor to construct 46 social housing units comprising of 1 bed flats, 2 bed flats, 2 bed villa's and 3 bed villa's as well as all associated external works, roads, sewers, landscaping, etc.

This project will be let under SBCC Standard Building Contract, with Quantities, for use in Scotland (2011 Edition — SBC/Q/Scot) and is for the erection of 46 properties including flats and villas.
