1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in acceptance
and management of municipal waste from residential properties, PSZOK point in Biała Niżna and collection and management of waste generated at communication stops in the Grybów Commune and the so-called "wild dumps" and other places indicated by the Contracting Authority in 2024. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed is 3 836 Mg.
1. The scope of the service includes the reception and installation of:
1) Mixed unsegregated municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in bags, containers and containers.
2) Segregated (selectively collected) types of waste listed below: Paper (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01 01), Glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), Plastics (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02), Multi-aerial packaging (code 15 01 05), Metals (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), Mixed waste packaging (code 15 01 06), Construction and demolition waste codes 17 01 01, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 09 04, 20 03 99 and used tyres code 16 01 03 03, Biowaste code 20 02 01,
3) Bulky Waste code 20 03 07,
4) Waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 23, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36,
5) Domestic hazardous waste (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others) with codes 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 34,
6) Expense medicines with code 20 01 32,
7) Other biodegradable waste collected in properly labelled bags or containers.
8) The scope of the service also includes:
(a) receipt of expired medicines from pharmacies designated by the Ordering Party,
b) collection of waste batteries and accumulators (in accordance with the connector No. 4 to the SPW) from the facilities designated by the Ordering Party.
2.Waste is collected from about 6 076 properties inhabited in the municipality of Grybów - appendix no. 8 to the swz.
3.Estimate of the amount of municipal waste by type of waste:
1) Mixed municipal waste — 2,000 Mg,
2) Segregated waste (i.e. paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, multi-cartridges) — 1 300 Mg,
3) Biowaste (including green) — 5 Mg,
4) Waste from waste electrical and electronic equipment — 30 Mg,
5) Bulky waste and used tires – 450 Mg,
6) Hazardous waste (medicines, chemicals, used batteries and batteries) — 1 Mg,
7) Construction and demolition waste — 50 Mg.
