Postal law, consisting in:
1) accepting for sending Bulk Shipments sent by CWM and Postal Shipments sent locally by indicated KAUs, their movement and delivery (unregistered and registered shipments, domestic and foreign, including Parcels) and in the event of impossibility or exhaustion of the possibility of their delivery, returning these shipments to the posting units,
2) collecting postal items from the JTZ Ordering Party indicated by the Ordering Party and delivering them to any indicated place in the country and abroad, including outside the European Union, subject to countries for which air transport is suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic,
3) providing access to the EP portal and the reporting system described in Connector No. 1 to the Model Contract,
4) making available to PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny sp. z o.o. and Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. post office boxes for the receipt of returns of Shipments.
