Modernization and expansion of the intensive care unit in the D-wing (ITS) at the Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy in Trier

The currently commissioned architectural firm will no longer supervise the project. Work phase 5 is not quite complete. As attachments, you can view the completed documents of service phases 3-5. The plans are available as .dwg and .pdf files, as well as in the original Autodesk Revit format. The existing planning documents are made available to the bidder digitally for inspection and evaluation. On this basis, the bidder should also offer a pricing approach for the completion of LPH 5. In the course of the existing planning process, approved plan change requests of the client have not yet been included in the planning. This still has to be incorporated by the new planning office.

The client expects a high degree of understanding of medical processes and assumes extensive coordination and management of many planning participants. In addition to the specialist planners of all technical trades and medical technology, this also includes the users, the building management, data protection, occupational safety, hygiene, the technical department, the IT division, the radiation protection officer and many other participants of the hospital. The client reserves the right to commission the individual services in stages.

The Contractor shall use the forms specified by the Client for accounting and supplementation. It is also assumed that the contractor uses the project platform provided by the client.
