The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement for the realization, assembly, testing, packaging and dispatch of Front End electronic systems (at least 1,425) within the framework of the “Nectar CAM” project on behalf of the Nuclear and High Energy Physical Laboratory (LPNHE) UMR7585 CNRS.

This Framework Agreement concerns the construction, assembly, testing, conditioning and shipment of complete and functional “NectarCam” (FEB2) version 6 systems for five cameras and N cameras:

— 1425 Front-End systems “NectarCam” (FEB2) version 6, including:

—— a pre-series of validation of 25 systems, renewable in case of defects;

—— a series of 1,400 minimum systems if the presery is validated;

—— With optional: automatic optical control, X-ray check of BGA, QFN, LGA;

— N “NectarCam” (FEB2) Front-End systems version 6, including:

—— a pre-production validation of 25 systems if a cut-off of more than six months in production;

—— a series of N- systems.

With options: automatic optical control, X-ray verification of BGA, QFN, LGA.

The services will be carried out under the conditions specified in the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) and the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
