The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors and the installation of solar collectors in the area of the Municipality of Janów Lubelski, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Renewable energy in the Municipality of Janów Lubelski Stage I”.

1. The object of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors and the installation of solar collectors in the area of the Municipality of Janów Lubelski, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Renewable energy in the Municipality of Janów Lubelski Stage I”.

2. The scope of the object of the order shall include in particular

2.1. in terms of photovoltaic installations:

1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 324 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with the construction adapted to the assembly site,

2) Acquisition by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority and the user (owner of the property) of the construction sites and preparation of the place for installation of the installation

3) determining the route of AC and DC wires, the place of assembly of the inverter, DC and AC switchgear, photovoltaic modules, expansion rail, grounding,

4) the performance of pre-assembly measurements of the electrical system in accordance with the design documentation,

5) Purchase and installation of complete photovoltaic installations — installation of photovoltaic modules on dedicated support structures, inverters, complete and equipped AC and DC switchgear, systems, wiring, etc. according to the design documentation, after agreement with the Ordering Party type and the type of equipment ordered,

6) making a connection to the power grid of the facility,

7) the execution of passages in internal and external partitions of buildings,

8) the execution and backfilling of possible excavations for the wires,

9) software and configuration of photovoltaic installations,

10) assembly and connection of the communication module for data transmission,

11) the supply, assembly and configuration of the energy management system derived from the RES together with a dedicated server to monitor and collect data on the amount of energy generated in the installations performed, after agreement with the Ordering Party of the type and type of equipment procured,

12) carry out the remaining necessary work related to the laying of wires, installation of equipment,

13) carrying out the required tests and tests, making a trial commissioning before the collection of the works,

14) obtaining and preparing the necessary documents (test, measurement and test protocols, warranty cards, service books, certificates, instructions for use and use in Polish) related to the transfer to use of built installations on individual properties,

15) the performance of appropriate AC and DC surge protection and grounding and equalization systems, adapting the existing lightning system,

4.2.2. for the installation of solar collectors:

1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 24 sets of solar collector installations together with a structure adapted to the assembly site,

2) Acquisition by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority and the user (owner of the property) of the construction sites and preparation of the place for installation of the installation

3) establishing the route of glycol pipelines, c.w.u. pipelines, c.o. piping, from the installation site to the place of insertion into existing installations, the place of installation of the c.w.u tank, the control automation with the pump group, the insertion of the upper hose from the existing heat source,

4) dismantling of the existing c.w.u tray and parts and components of the utility water installation, c.o. colliding with the solar plant being carried out,

5) purchase and installation of complete solar collector installations — installation of c.w.u., pump group, pump pump c.o. pump, pressure reducer, diaphragmatic vessels, flat collectors on systemic structures, dedicated to the place and cover of the roof, piping, etc. according to design documentation after agreeing with the Ordering Party of the type and type of equipment ordered,
