The purpose of this contract is to provide a multifunctional pumper that can be used to bring in six people and the necessary equipment to deal with various interventions at the scene of the intervention.

The multifunctional pumper is a vehicle built to allow the first work of extinction as quickly as possible. A superstructure with adjustable layout is installed on the chassis. This superstructure includes compartments for storing equipment, a water tank, two foam tanks, a hydraulic pump installation and a lighting tower.

All the equipment proposed is new and each part of the vehicle must be able to withstand the particular road conditions, acceleration and intense braking faced by a response vehicle. The supplier must take this fact into account with regard to the proposed vehicle.

Similarly, it should be borne in mind that fire department vehicles must be able to drive at all times and on paved roads.

The requirements that the vehicle must meet are listed below. Since the technical manual stipulates that the unit must comply with the standards and regulations, only the text that stipulates the most stringent requirement will have priority over the others, unless the technical notice decides otherwise.
