Supply and commissioning of an autoclave with the following specification:

— saturated steam sterilizer in stainless steel execution;

— double ended chamber for installation pass-through wall towards a controlled contamination area (sterile zone) with tight sealing system;

— 2 automatic horizontally sliding closing doors for large-scale applications fitted with relevant interlock device fed by process steam from steam generator;

— pit-mounted sterilizer execution to perform convenient floor-levelled loading and unloading operations (maximal pit depth of 45 cm is possible because of technical limitations, the final pit depth will be agreed with the contractor);

— design and operating conditions;

design pressure: 3-3.5 bar abs.

design temperature: 139oC

max. operating pressure: 4 bar abs.

max. operating temperature: 139oC.
