ATP wants a supplier to perform waste service for commercial waste. The overall purpose of the delivery of waste service, including office and commercial waste as well as municipal waste-like waste, is that ATP always has an optimal operation in the number and nature of waste fractions and complies with municipal regulations for sorting commercial waste.

ATP is a self-owned organization operating within pension management and administration of public welfare schemes entrusted to ATP to administer on behalf of the State, Regions and Municipalities. ATP is headquartered in Hillerød and has five additional locations in Denmark, all of which are covered by this tender.

ATP generates about 320 tons of waste annually divided into about 17 waste fractions characteristic of liberal professions.

ATP has decided to compete for waste management through a tender in order to achieve the best possible market conditions.

ATP strives to consolidate waste management on one or very few suppliers in order to achieve the best possible commercial conditions, as well as to simplify environmental reporting and administrative processes.

The performance of work is subject to various social clauses on working conditions, social responsibility and criminal records.
