Provision of the service of collection and management of dehydrated (unhygielized) sewage sludge from the Hajdów Sewage Treatment Plant in Lublin divided into 3 tasks

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge with waste code 19 08 05 from the Hajdów Sewage Treatment Plant in Lublin and sludge from the Rokitno Wastewater Treatment Plant

divided into 3 tasks: Task I: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the first quarter of 2023 – i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 (89 days) in the amount of 9000 Mg. Task II: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the second quarter of 2023 – i.e. from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 (90 days) in the amount of 8000 Mg.Task III: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the third quarter of 2023 – i.e. from 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2023 (91 days) in the amount of 8000 Mg. Individual tasks differ in the date of implementation and the amount of sludge covered by the subject of the contract, the other requirements as to the scope of the service are the same for each of the tasks.

Task I: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023

Task I: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the first quarter of 2023 – i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 (89 days) in the amount of 9000 Mg.

The subject of the contract includes a service consisting in successive collection from the Hajdów Sewage Treatment Plant in Lublin, export and management of sludge that comes from:

─ Hajdów sewage treatment plant (dehydrated sludge) - waste code 19 08 05 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge);

─ Rokitno sewage treatment plant (dehydrated sludge) - waste code 19 08 05 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge).

The waste (dehydrated sludge) that is the subject of collection and management comes from the wastewater treatment processes at the Hajdów Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Rokitno Wastewater Treatment Plant. The sediment was subjected to:

- biological anaerobic stabilization and mechanical drainage on decanter centrifuges – Hajdów Wastewater Treatment Plant.

- mechanical drainage in the chamber press – Rokitno Sewage Treatment Plant.

Sludge data from the Hajd Sewage Purification plant:

Waste code – 19 08 05 (stabilised municipal sewage sludge)

Expected daily amount of dehydrated sludge to be collected and managed approx. 92.18 Mg / day

Approximate bulk weight approx. 1.0 Mg/m3

Dry matter content approx. 18-26 %

Sludge data from Rokitno Sewage Plant:

Waste code – 19 08 05 (stabilised municipal sewage sludge)

Expected monthly amount of dehydrated sludge to be collected

and management approx. 12.5 Mg/month

Dry matter content approx. 14-19 %

The Contractor will be obliged to manage the waste (sludge) in question, which is understood as loading and exporting sludge masses outside the Hajdów sewage treatment plant, and then processing them in installations in the recovery or disposal process (excluding the use of municipal sewage sludge within the meaning of Article 3(1)(28) of the Waste Act, i.e. distributing municipal sewage sludge on the surface of the earth or introducing them into the soil) while complying with the requirements of specified by law:

- Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

The Contractor selected by tender, holding the permits required by law to conduct activities in the field of waste processing code 19 08 05 in installations, issued on the basis of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, becomes the holder of waste with all the consequences resulting from the provisions of the Waste Act, and in particular assumes responsibility for further treatment of sludge from the moment of loading (transshipment) of sludge into agents. transport at the place of sludge collection at the Treatment Plant.

Task II: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023

Task II: Collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the second quarter of 2023 – i.e. from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 (90 days) in the amount of 8000 Mg.

The subject of the contract includes a service consisting in successive collection from the Hajdów Sewage Treatment Plant in Lublin, export and management of sludge that comes from:

─ Hajdów sewage treatment plant (dehydrated sludge) - waste code 19 08 05 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge);

─ Rokitno sewage treatment plant (dehydrated sludge) - waste code 19 08 05 (stabilized municipal sewage sludge).
