The subject of this award are transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) in the area of responsibility of the client.

The services to be awarded are to be provided on the Rheingau-Express subnetwork on the following routes:

• RMV line RB10: Neuwied — Koblenz main station — Wiesbaden main station — Frankfurt (Main) central station

• RMV line RE19: (Kobern-Gondorf —) Koblenz main station — Wiesbaden-Biebrich — Mainz-Kastel — Frankfurt (Main) main station

In the timetable year 2026, the services to be awarded comprise a total of approx. 0.875 million train kilometres per year. Of this, approximately 0.589 million train kilometres/year are attributable to the RMV and approximately 0.286 million train kilometres/year to the SPNV North.

The above subnet is only awarded as a total service.
