The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune of Sochaczew, indicated in the description of the order, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the ToR

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Sochaczew commune, indicated in the description of the order, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of, among others:

- the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended);

- resolution 3/19 of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Assembly of 22.1.2019 regarding the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship 2024,

- resolution 4/19 of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Assembly of 22.1.2019 regarding the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship 2024,

- Resolutions of the Sochaczew Commune Council No. XXXI / 130/2016 of 29.6.2016 regarding the adoption of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Sochaczew Commune late. d.

- and all other laws and regulations related to municipal waste.

Equipment for collecting waste: containers, containers and bags, which will be placed in the places of waste collection indicated by the Employer, provides the Contractor. The subject of the contract is not the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate from the commune
