Rainwater management from the road lanes of Słupsk streets: Grunwaldzka, Sobieskiego, Szczecińska, Grottgera, Plac Dąbrowskiego, Paderewskiego

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the field of construction of rain lawns, i.e. the creation of single or combined objects of small field retention: rain gardens, basins and bioretention ditches, absorbent troughs. The area covered by the works are fragments of road lanes of the following streets: Grunwaldzka, Sobieskiego, Szczecińska, Grottgera, Dąbrowskiego Square and Paderewskiego.

2. The task includes the construction of rain gardens, i.e. making basins by selecting the existing layers of soil, profiling the slopes of the resulting basin, making holes and filling them with rinsed gravel, lining the basin with geotextile, supplementing it with rinsed gravel, covering it with geotextile and filling the basin with a mixture of humus, garden soil and company, making a finishing layer of rinsed gravel and finishing bands from pebbles, making emergency overflows, planting of ornamental plants including trees, shrubs and perennials, establishment of lawns and flower meadows and installation of information boards

Rainwater management from the road lane of Grunwaldzka Street

1. The subject of the contract is the management of rainwater into two rain garden complexes. As part of the task, troughs, absorbent troughs and bioretention ditches lined with gravel and pebbles, overflow curbs, drainage between tanks, gravel drilling, emergency overflow, planting of ornamental plants, and the establishment of lawns and flower meadows, installation of an information board should be carried out.

2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail by means of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which are annexes to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to value the construction works being the subject of this contract only from materials and equipment that are brand new, admitted to trading and general or individual use in construction, covered by the certificate in the scope of the so-called safety mark, indicating compliance with the Polish Standard, technical approval and relevant technical regulations, in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law.

4. In the event that the description of the order indicates the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials and equipment, the Ordering Party allows the offer of equivalent materials and devices, provided that they guarantee the implementation of works in accordance with the Construction Law and relevant standards, ensure obtaining technical parameters not inferior to those assumed in the contract description and they are previously accepted by the Ordering Party.

5. The Ordering Party allows the use of materials that meet the requirements of standards, have appropriate certificates and technical approvals as well as technical parameters assumed in the project.

6. If it is necessary to change materials at the stage of works, the Contractor must obtain the written consent of the Ordering Party before their application.

7. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of not less than 36 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of these works. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders and will be assessed in accordance with the principles indicated in the SWZ.

8. The design documentation indicates a two-year care period, but the Ordering Party requires the care of greenery throughout the warranty period. Details in the field of care treatments are described in SWZ.

9. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to grant a warranty for the subject of the contract for a period of 60 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of the works.

10. The Contracting Authority requires that the fleet used by the Contractor for the performance of the contract contains at least 10% of vehicles powered by electricity or natural gas.

Rainwater management from the road lane of Sobieskiego Street

1. The subject of the contract is the management of rainwater in two locations, i.e. from Grunwaldzka Street to 3-go Maja Street and at Banacha Street. As part of the task, it is necessary to perform assemblies of absorbent basins lined with gravel and pebbles, overflow curbs, drainage, gravel drilling, emergency overflow, planting of ornamental plants and establishment of lawns, installation of an information board.

2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail by means of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which are annexes to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the creation of a rain garden in the form of a retention basin lined with gravel and pebbles, the construction of overflow curbs and lowered curbs, gravel drilling, transplanting of shrubs, rich plantings of ornamental plants and regeneration of lawns, installation of an information board.

2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail by means of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which are annexes to the SWZ.
