The subject of the tender is the award of freelance services, in this case planning services according to § 34 HOAI Object planning buildings and interiors for LPH 3-9 for the new construction of the 4-group day care center Ncklheim in Raubling.

The municipality of Raubling currently offers childcare places in seven facilities. It can be noted that the need for childcare places continues to rise. Due to the population development at the age of 0 to 6 years and the changing care needs, it is to be expected that in the medium term another day care center will be needed. The extension or the extension to existing facilities are no longer possible.

The aim of the project is therefore to build a new additional facility that will also meet the expected future needs. According to the needs forecast carried out, there is a need for two further kindergarten groups plus two crèche groups. The construction of a four-group day care centre is therefore planned.

For the measure, a state subsidy according to the FAG, as well as possibly a KfW subsidy is expected.

The building plot is undeveloped. A corresponding construction window is included in the development plan. The dimensions as well as the ideas for the floor plans and the building itself can be taken from the preliminary planning. The building is intended to offer the possibility of an extension. Currently, the project is in LPH 2, so the following LPH 3-9 are the subject of the award.
