In the present case, the client is tendering the engineering services for technical equipment (TGA) for the renovation of the listed restaurant with the Jägerhof assembly facility within the framework of ISEK "Old Town and City Center" in Bergneustadt across Europe.

The scope of services in the present tender includes engineering services for technical equipment for the system groups "heating, sanitary and ventilation systems" as well as "electrical and lighting technology" according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 1-9, gradual commissioning in 2 Levels (levels for service phases 1-3 and service phases 4-9 are planned). The fee range is to be determined by the bidders in the later negotiation process and freely offered. The services should take into account the present preliminary draft planning (Annexes: 08c and 08d).
