The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the right-hand flood embankment rz. Vistula on the section Pasternik - Bączki in the years 2023-2025.
The subject of the contract are maintenance works as part of two maintenance of the right-hand flood embankment of the Vistula River on the Pasternik - Bączki section (Maciejowice commune, Garwolin county, Mazowieckie province) in 2023-2025.
The scope of the contract includes, m.in such works as: mechanical mowing of lichens from slopes and embankment crowns, manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes, crowns and embankment benches, raking hand-mowed lichens from slopes, crowns and embankment benches.
The detailed scope of work is included in the "Offer valuation form" (Annex 8 to the SWZ) and in the "Description of the subject of the contract" (Annex 9 to the SWZ), specifying the m.in. the scope and conditions of the contract.
The model agreement is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ.
The map with the marked location is attached as Annex 10 to the SWZ.
Implementation of the service in the years 2023 – 2025: a total of 300 days.
In 2023 - a total of 90 days, including:
Environmental supervision – implementation period not longer than 15 days.
And maintenance – the implementation period of 35 days, can not start before the environmental supervision is carried out.
II maintenance - implementation period 40 days - start no earlier than October 1, end no later than November 12.
In 2024 - a total of 105 days, including:
Nature supervision – implementation period 30 days – start no earlier than May 15.
And conservation – a lead period of 35 days – cannot begin before the execution of environmental supervision and not earlier than June 15.
II maintenance - implementation period 40 days - start no earlier than October 1, end no later than November 12.
In 2025 - a total of 105 days, including:
Nature supervision – implementation period 30 days – start no earlier than May 15.
And conservation – a lead period of 35 days – cannot begin before the execution of environmental supervision and not earlier than June 15.
II maintenance - implementation period 40 days - start no earlier than October 1, end no later than November 12.
