Consultation for the Sainte Rose wind farm and energy storage project.The Sainte Rose project is a hybrid wind power plant (8.8MW) and storage (6.6MW/6.6MWh) power plant on the site of a former wind farm.
EDF Renewables is looking for a company to carry out three lots.
Lot N°1: BESS / EMS / PDL which includes: supply, installation, commissioning, of the following equipment: lithium battery storage with an installed capacity of 6.6MW / 6.6 MWh, PCS, LV / MV transformers, battery management system (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS) and substation (PDL)
Lot N ° 2: BOP lot which includes the supply, installation and commissioning of the following equipment: electrical network and complete communication between the wind turbines, with the substation and battery storage, civil engineering works (foundation of the wind turbines, battery storage of the substation and VRD).
Lot N°3: O&M which includes operation and maintenance activities on the BESS, the EMS and the PDL
This project is subject to the decree of 8 March 2013 setting the conditions for the purchase of electricity produced by installations using mechanical wind energy located in areas particularly exposed to cyclonic risk and having a production forecasting and smoothing system. As such, an annual remuneration guarantee will be required on the project.
