1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from the territory of the gmina Złotniki Kujawskie, including:

1) receiving and management of mixed municipal waste and municipal waste collected selectively from properties where residents reside;

2) receiving and management of municipal waste selectively collected from the selective collection point of municipal waste located in Mierzwin comune. Złotniki Kujawskie;

3) Receiving from specialized containers intended for selective collection of expired medicines located in pharmacies and Health Centres in the territory of the gmina Złotniki Kujawskie;

4) receiving from specialized containers intended for selective collection of used batteries located in public buildings in the territory of the Złotniki Kujawskie municipality,
