The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, seed and selection, nursery works and maintenance of roads and tourist facilities to be carried out in the Lipka Forest District in 2019.
The subject of the order has been divided into lots (hereinafter: "Package") "
Package I - forestry: Białobłocie, Osowo, Lipka;
Package II - forestry: Potulice, Kiełpin, Gronowo;
Package III - forestry: Dzierzążnia, Górzno and Nowy Dwór Nursery Farm;
Package IV - forestry: Biskupice, Podgaje;
Performing forest management services in the Lipka Forest District in 2019 - Package IThe subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, seed and selection and maintenance of roads, water and drainage facilities, and tourist facilities to be carried out in the Lipka Forest District in 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection , logging and skidding of timber, seed and selection, road maintenance of tourist facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water and drainage facilities resulting from Annex 3.1 of the Terms of Reference, which consists of Annex 3.1.1, respectively. - size of works per activity, Annex 3.1.2 - logging and Annex 3.1.3 - logging. The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1 corresponding to the given part are estimates. A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4.1 to the ToR for a given part. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Lipka Forest District, i.e. Białobłocie, Osowo, and Lipka Forestry. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending the performance of activities tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location, at the expense of reducing the number of works in another location - within the gross value of the subject of the contract. The corrections will apply to works carried out in the area relevant to the work included in the description of the subject of the contract related to the given lot. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract.
In the case of mandatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting of wood at cutting positions where it is unacceptable to use multi-operational machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above-mentioned activities have been established, the Employer allows the change of timber harvesting technology. Justification each time must be presented to the Contractor.
