1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Lubanie. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the swz.
Type and frequency of municipal waste collection 1.Non-segregated – from single-family housing areas (tzj) 1 time / 2 weeks from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/month, - from multi-family housing areas (so-called) 1 time / week from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1 time / 2 weeks, 2. Selectively collected municipal waste Paper, Glass, Metals and plastics – with TZJ 1/month, - from the so-called 2/month, Biowaste constituting municipal waste – from TZJ 1 time every two weeks in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/month, - from the so-called 1 time per week in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1 time / 2 weeks, Ash from households - from TZJ 1 time / month from 1.10 to 30.04, - from the so-called 1 time / month from 1.10 to 30.04, - from TZJ and so-called in the month of July 1 collection of waste from the property throughout the Municipality, in the period from 1.05 to 30.09 residents can deliver ash to PSZOK in Kucerz. Paper, glass, metals and plastics from areas intended for public use – according to actual needs for the Ordering Party's notification, but at least 1/month, Biowaste from areas intended for public use according to actual needs for the Ordering Party's notification, but at least 2/month in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/month. The number of inhabitants is approx. 3839 people (data based on submitted declarations as of 31.08.2023. The amount of waste collected from the Lubanie municipality on the basis of reports submitted by entrepreneurs with a permit to collect municipal waste in 2021, 2022, 2023 (until 31.07). The above data have been prepared with due diligence, but these are often approximate values. This should be taken into account when calculating the price. Estimated amount of waste for collection and development from residential areas during the contract execution period – approx. 1418.7 Mg. Requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor/Subcontractor employs full-time employment on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 throughout the entire period of performance of the contract. Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465) persons providing work related to the performance of activities during the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. performing activities consisting in the direct (physical) performance of services (excluding managerial staff, administrative services). Detailed rules for documenting employment under an employment contract and the rights of the Contracting Authority to control the performance of this obligation and sanctions for non-performance of this obligation are specified in the documents of the proceedings.
