The College has had plans developed through to RIBA Stage C for designs of Phase 2 and 3 of the planned redevelopment of the New Bedford Road campus. the contract will be to take the stage C designs through to completion of the project. There will be a need to work closely with the current design team for Phase 1 of the redevelopment to integrate the designs and requirements.

The procurement route for the project will be a 2 stage desing and build so the entire desing team will novate over to the contractor after stage D or E.

The services required are all the design services required to deliver the entire project except for the Cost Consultancy.
