The purpose of this public European tender procedure is to contract one contractor for the Veluwe IJssel Environment Service (OVIJ). This contractor will provide support on the developments in the context of the Environment and Planning Act for External Security (EV). And carrying out advisory tasks in the field of external safety (EV) focused on Spatial Planning and Omgevinsg permits for Omgevingsdienst Veluwe Ijssel (OVIJ en Omgevingsdienst Noord-Veluwe (ODNV).
The purpose of this public European tender procedure is to contract one contractor for the Veluwe IJssel Environment Service (OVIJ). This tenderer will provide support on the developments in the context of the Environment and Planning Act for External Security (EV). And carrying out advisory tasks in the field of EV focused on Spatial Planning and Environmental Permits for OVIJ and The North Veluwe Environment Service (ODNV).
In order to be robust for EV issues as an Environmental Service, cooperation on the EV aspect was chosen with three Environmental Services, Environmental Service Achterhoek (ODA), ODNV and OVIJ.
For OVIJ, EV advice is provided for permit procedures (VTH) and RO for the partners of OVIJ (Apeldoorn, Brummen, Epe and Voorst). This means providing substantive EV advice on shorter, abstract EV questions (PPI see attached formats), providing detailed substantive EV advice for a zoning plan procedure, assessing draft zoning plan texts (bp advice see attached formats) and providing EV advice for an Environmental Permit procedure, this means assessing an application, writing a recital text and the associated regulations.
EV advice ODNV
For ODNV, EV advice is provided for VTH and RO procedures for the partners of ODNV (Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten). This means that EV advice is provided for VTH and RO (short questions and bp advice), advice is provided for the so-called Omgevingskamer. In the Environment Chamber, initiatives received are discussed with colleagues from the ODNV and assessed which expertise is necessary for good advice (via Teams).
