The object of the order is to update the design documentation of the performance of the brine tanks together with the accompanying infrastructure in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant, and to exercise copyright supervision of the works.
1. The object of the order is to update the design documentation of the performance of the brine tanks together with the accompanying infrastructure in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Documentation”, and to exercise copyright supervision of the implementation works.
2. As part of preparing project documentation, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) the development of a multi-variant concept (hereinafter referred to as the “Concept”) of the construction and construction of the main drainage equipment and systems (hereinafter referred to as the “System”), i.e. mining assembly and mechanical and electrical equipment, protecting the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine from the sinking and arrangement of a variant selected by the Ordering Party with the Conservator of the Monuments of Krakow Salt Żup (hereinafter referred to as “KZKŻS”);
2) the development, for a variant selected by the Contracting Authority and agreed with the KZKŻS, of a multi-industry technical project (hereinafter referred to as 'Technical Project') of the implementation and development of the System, its arrangement with the validator for the movement of the mining plant of Group XVII (water hazard), with the services The Contracting Authority and from the KZKŻS and obtaining the approval of the agreed Technical Project by the Head of the Mining Plant “Wieliczka” (hereinafter referred to as “KRZG”);
3) obtaining the authorisation of the KZKŻS to carry out the work covered by the Technical Project — KZKŻS operates in accordance with the agreement of 21 June 2017 on the entrustment of certain matters concerning the properties of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Kraków (OJ Woj. Monkey of 26 June 2017, item 4200);
4) the development of the subject of works, the investor cost estimate and the in-kind and financial timetable for works covered by the technical project.
3. In the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of works covered by the Design Documentation, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out authorial supervision of a maximum of 120 hours.
4. The development of the design documentation is aimed at continuing the process of design and subsequent construction of new equipment and main drainage systems of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, necessary due to the deteriorating technical condition of the reservoirs used to date. Due to the time interval and significant scope of changes (change of location of new workings, their quantities, size and how they are protected, changing the type and size of the devices and how they are powered, change in the way of operating pipelines) The design documentation is intended to be complete documentation in new release with all the necessary current arrangements and permits.
