Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune as the contracting authority, invites competitive bidding for the execution of the following contract in connection with K351 Haram vidaregåande skule construction phase 1.

— Turnkey contract

The tender competition applies to a turnkey contract for the execution of the project, including consulting and designing, all disciplines. The services will include:

— Detailed designs - all disciplines - for buildings and outdoor facilities

— Construction, buildings and installations - until physically assembled including documented internal control

— Completing, testing and MOM (Management, Operation and Maintenance) documentation

— Test run

— Handover

— Tasks related to public administrative procedures for initiation, temporary use permits and Certificate of completion.

All offers are to be delivered electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no within the deadline. Late tenders will be rejected.(The system also does not allow to submit quotations online via Mercell after the tender deadline).
