Management and operation of television services at the Central University Hospital of Asturias
The scope of the contract will include at least the performance of the following services that are developed in the Specification of Technical Prescriptions (hereinafter PPT), which must be complied with:
• Provision, installation, commissioning and integral maintenance of the necessary equipment for the television service in the rooms of the hospitalization units, with a television equipment per room, of professional range, with an operation by payment of a fee by the users. The actions of conditioning of the facilities, as well as the installation of equipment will be carried out trying to achieve the maximum levels of functionality, achieving an aesthetic integrated with that of the Hospital itself.
• Provision, installation, commissioning and integral maintenance of professional range television equipment in common areas, waiting rooms and other dependencies in free and free operation.
• All the elements and accessories necessary for the proper functioning of the service will be included.
• The contractor will provide all the material elements and labor required for the installation, certification and documentation of all the elements necessary for the proper functioning of the service. All this will be done in such a way that the patients and users of the Hospital are affected as little as possible.
• Maintenance, repair and, where appropriate, replacement of any equipment provided by the contractor in order to guarantee at all times the provision of services.
• Provision, installation and commissioning of the necessary equipment for the management of service collection, including all the necessary software, as well as the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Management and exploitation of the service, in all its extension, including the promotion, management of the collection of these and the attention to the user.
• Control and management of access to the system by users, as well as attention and information to them.
• Commitment to technological renewal of the entire system object of this contract.
• Execution of the minor works that are necessary for the installation of the equipment, repairing the damages or damages caused for it.
• Agile and adequate attention to user requests. There will be complaint forms available to users provided by the Incident Management Service
