NCHA sought contracts for the grounds maintenance of communal areas of general needs, market rent, leasehold and supported housing schemes in areas across the counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. The grounds maintenance services are let under 16 separate packages of work aligned to geographical areas.

Contracts are let on the basis of an initial 3 year term with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years, delivering a maximum contract term of 6 years. The decision to extend beyond the 3 year initial term will be on a Contract Area Lot by Contract Area Lot basis and will be sanctioned at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.
