The object of the order is a task called “Modernization of the perennial garden in the Silesian Park”. The contract is implemented in the framework of the agreement for the financing of the municipal project “Modernization of the Silesian Park”, part of the task number 1 — “Comprehensive modernization of transport strings”, carried out in the second trading of funds returning from the JESSICA Regional Programme Operational Silesian Voivodeship for the period 2007-2013. This order includes the design of water, electrical, teletechnical, road paving and construction, network and road works on plot no. 1307/180. design and build. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is the PFU (Annex 3 to SWZ), together with the annexes.

Specific conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the conduct of investments in the Silesian Park:

1) The Contractor will be obliged to comply with the provisions of the regulations applicable in the territory of the WPKiW S.A. A zone of residence is in place, which obliges the contractor's vehicles to park in designated parking lots and to move at a maximum speed of up to 20km/h as also observe the principle of pedestrian precedence before vehicle. For this task, a parking lot at the open-air museum located near the entrance from the AKS centre - Al. Scouting. The contractor is committed to organizing the carriage of employees

from the designated parking lot at the Skansen to the construction site with entry from the Klonowa street dedicated passenger transport vehicle, for which the relevant permit will be issued.

2) Vehicles of construction should move on the designated route of access: entry AKS - place of construction on the basis of entry documents issued by the Contracting Authority. The rules for the issuance and collection of fees for the issuance of relevant authorisations shall be defined by the internal rules issued on the basis of the relevant resolutions. It is allowed to move vehicles on the section of Scouting — Klonowa — the construction site with an emphasis of up to 9.5 T per axle.

3) On the section of the Scouting — Klonowa — the construction site for the current maintenance of cleanliness is not allowed heavy sweepers, but only light facade or sidewalk sweepers.

Additional conditions for the execution of the contract shall be defined by the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
