The A.V.E., self-operating district of Paderborn, is planning the construction of a central district building yard.
The planned circuit building yard should consist of the following building parts:
Double-locked operation and administration building, washroom, workshop building, vehicle hall, salt hall, carport building, bulk boxes. In addition, the following facilities should be available for future use:
brine tank, car workshop, indoor crane, lift, central wash room, in-house gas station, own heating system.
Implementation is to be done at the disposal centre
“Old ski jump” in Paderborn. The existing waste disposal centre covers an area of just under
150 hectares including access and open spaces. The new construction of the district building farm at this central location creates meaningful synergy effects between
District building yard and disposal centre, as all infrastructure facilities already exist.
