"Maintenance of buildings, structures, networks and installations in Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. within 12 months" divided into separate objects of settlement and acceptance, which will be the performance of services:

• in the field of maintenance of buildings, structures, along with installations related to them, i.e. sanitary, storm, industrial, drainage networks, drinking water networks, fire water network, central heating of deluge and mist installations, central vacuuming, troubleshooting and round-the-clock duty, in accordance with Annex 1.1. SWZ part II. Buildings, structures, networks and installations not listed in Annex 1.1 SWZ part II are excluded from the scope of the subject of the contract.

• in the field of removing failures beyond the scope of the lump sum and performing planned repairs of buildings, structures, construction objects, networks and installations, central vacuuming,

• supply of materials and spare parts.
