this consultation consists of the construction of hydraulic structure no. 12bis on the North-West ring road of Bourges. This structure allows the ring road to cross the stream "La Feularde". The contract preparation period, not included in the time limit for performance of the contract, lasting 30 calendar days, shall begin on the date fixed by administrative order. The execution of the works begins on the date fixed by the administrative order prescribing to start the works
