This contract is a framework service agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount.

Its purpose is the collection, transport and treatment of waste from the fiduciary activity as well as the rental of containers, compactors and container lifts for the Banque de France sites.

The services concern all the actions necessary for the collection, transport and treatment of waste from the fiduciary activity:

- the rental, installation and maintenance of containers, skips or other collection equipment adapted to the nature of the waste;

- the supply of plastic bags;

- the collection of full containers, skips or other collection materials adapted to the nature of the waste and the provision of a number of empty containers, skips or other collection materials adapted to the nature of the equivalent waste in a perfect state of cleanliness or removal of the sole content of containers, skips or other collection material suitable for the nature of the waste, which remains on site after having been emptied;

- possible collection inside the premises; container handling and movement operations from their storage location to the truck may be necessary, particularly in the event of inaccessibility of the vehicle;

- the cleanliness of the collection areas and their surroundings;

- transport and treatment of waste in accordance with the legislation in an approved treatment center;

- transmission of weighing tickets attesting to the quantities collected;

- the traceability of waste collection, transport and treatment operations;

- keeping, monthly updating and making available, the site waste monitoring register.
